Super Mario RPG Jumps to the Wii Virtual Console

Today one of the most requested games of all-time finally joins the Virtual Console lineup. No, not Clu Clu Land, but rather Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars for SNES. This collaboration between Nintendo and Squaresoft (now Square Enix of course) saw Mario branch out into the RPG genre, with a light-hearted RPG also boasting plenty of platforming elements and a difficulty level not quite as bad as most Square offerings. On the VC it retails for 800 Wii Points - nice to see it go for the "standard" SNES price.
